Libra (September 23 - October 22)
There's a natural charm, elegance and graciousness to Libra that makes their clocking in an event. Like Cancer, these souls are great for building rapport and office morale. They seek to be fair and balanced in their interactions with people. However, they may clock out when it's time to take a stand and make tough decisions on a project. They tend to weigh in on too many sides to keep things pleasant.

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
For sheer resourcefulness, charisma and diligence, this sign clocks in at the top of the list. Scorpio's charming intensity and focus can make work feel sexy. They may not be long on words, per se, but they seem intent on getting the job done. However, that silence can also suggest that Scorpio has clocked out emotionally, as they feel wronged somehow, whether it happened or not. If so, then look out, for their commercial sabotage is subtle and thorough.
Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)
Sagittarian wit, intelligence and good-natured personality can clock FUN back into work. They're not all fun and games, but somehow they can make being a team leader or co-worker seem easy and adventurous. They clock themselves out, however, by some of their devil-may-care-attitude and the not-so-subtle haughtiness that they know how to do your job better than you, even if you're the boss.
Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorn's ambition matched with their happy inner marriage of competence and confidence make them a clock-in asset at any work place. They not only demonstrate discipline, but they also show that they can respect it from others. Capricorns tend to clock themselves out by confusing their best interests -- to keep things the same -- with the best interests of the company. It is sometimes hard for them to change with the times.

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)
Aquarius, actually, seems to clock in exactly where Capricorn clocks out. Aquarius wants to be on the progressive, avant-garde end of things. Like other signs, they too can be disciplined, though in some unconventional way, like they might come in two hours earlier than everyone else to enjoy afternoon park strolls. They clock out when their interests and needs become way too peculiar, and when they move at a faster pace than the company can support.
Pisces (February 19 - March 20)
85% of all businesses would probably fail without Pisces. Pisces will sacrifice nearly everything to keep clocking in for the company. It's not just from a fear of losing their jobs, either. They want to believe in the mission of a company, and that requires commitment and sacrifice. However, at some point you can't wait for them to clock out -- after they have incessantly reminded you of how much they've sacrificed for the company, especially as it was neither asked of them nor required.
